1ST PRESS Led Zeppelin 1 PLUM UK TURQUOISE Vinyl LP UNCORRECTED 8 MATRIX RARE

Early Led Zeppelin 1 PLUM PRESS UK TURQUOISE RARE Vinyl LP. Recently discovered this copy tucked away in an attic for 35 years. ORIGINAL FIRST PRESS UNCORRECTED 8 MATRIX. Vinyl is in VG+ condition cover is again VG+. Side One: Vinyl has light surface marks, small mark on track 2 “BABE I’M GONNA LEAVE YOU” which lightly ticks for around 25 seconds. Which is a shame as the rest of the side plays great! Has some very light surface here and there but over all a pleasant listen. Side Two: Again some surface marks but plays well just mild surface noise during quiet passages and the odd pop. A very nice listening copy! Centre labels: original PLUM / ORANGE centre labels Are smart and clean, light spindle wear. Side One: 588171 A//1 1 1 R. Side Two: 588171 B//1 18 4. Inner sleeve: Comes with its original “Made In England” poly bag “British patent No 800513 & 973939″ “PLASTIC BAGS CAN BE DANGERIOUS” in nice shape just has some wear and discolouration. Cover: Front is smart! Spine is in great shape, has some creasing around the edges and opening, which is common. Back is again lovely with just some slight wear and foxing on the edges. Led Zeppelin – The much sought after Turquoise Debut 1st Pressing from 1969 – thought to be around only 500 printed before it was changed. Superhype Music / Jewel Music Mistake instead of Atlantic Records. Uncorrected Matrix – I did my best to take a picture of each side (see last 2 pics) but was hard to get the lighting right. 588171 A//1 1 1 1 0. 588171 B//1 1 5 5 (the last 5 is a smaller one like’to the power of’). The laminate on the left hand side has slightly lifted. I have 12 more close up pics available of the Sleeve and Inner Sleeve, if you just message me saying’more pics please’ Ill reply to you with the pictures attached. This was my Dads LP. His collection of about 150 vinyls stayed in the attic ever since and I know he would not of played this Vinyl in at least 30 years as we never had a record player in the house. Led Zeppelin I Turquoise 1st Press Uncorrected Credit & Matrix Vinyl Record LP. Extremely rare Stereo 1st Press of this absolute classic album, with the. This is the rarer version with uncorrected credits, with track 3’You Shook Me’ credited both to Superhype and Jewel Music. This also has the uncorrected matrix numbers. Matrix Numbers: A1 / B1. This vinyl has been play tested on a Rega RP1 and graded using Record Collector Grading System. There are a few. To the laminate, as pictured, and a couple of small brown marks. Has a scuff to it which has lifted slightly. On the opening side there is a small slit to the sleeve where the record goes in. We have tried to over explain the condition. As you can see from the photographs, it is an extremely good example. Original plain white inner with blue text is in brilliant condition. We have play tested this wonderful. Album and it plays extremely well. There is the lightest crackle on the quieter parts, but no skips or jumps throughout. As you can see from the pictures, there are a few hairline marks, but none that affect the playability in depth. The labels show light signs of wear, including a small round mark to side one. The plum colour has rubbed ever so slightly onto the white stripe middle, but nothing significant. As these form part of our description.
