You can use the working built in amp, or you can use any 8ohm amp on the market. To feed music to the cutting head, Just hook the speaker wire out to either of the inputs. You can insert a fuse between the wires as a surge protector, (highly suggested) It comes with a working RIAA filter for top quality cuts, range is 50hz – 16khz , cuts at very loud volume with the presto 1-D cutting head (recoiled by Gib). It also comes with a voltage/ current generator that supplys heat to the cutting needle if you choose to upgrade to cutting straight to vinyl. It is not advised to heat the needle when cutting acetate.
