Final Conflict Ashes To Ashes Vinyl LP OG US 1987 Press VG+/VG+ Hardcore Punk. Record has some light scratches on both sides but looks very clean and glossy otherwise. Sleeve artwork mostly looks great but does have some specks visible on front cover, has general ring and edge wear on both sides as well. We use the Goldmine Grading Standard for the condition of all vinyl. Here are the descriptions. Absolutely perfect in every way. Certainly never been played, possibly even still sealed. And is used used sparingly as a grade. A nearly perfect record. And is record has more than likely never been played, and the vinyl will play perfectly, with no imperfections during playback. Should show no obvious signs of wear. Very Good Plus (VG+). A Very Good Plus record will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. Defects should be more of a cosmetic nature, not affecting the actual playback as a whole. Record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don’t affect one’s listening experiences. The label may have some ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable. Spindle marks may be present. Many of the defects found in a VG+ record will be more pronounced in a VG disc. Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song’s intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as with light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound. Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached. A record in Good or Good Plus condition can be played through without skipping. But it will have significant surface noise, scratches, and visible groove wear. A cover or sleeve will have seam splits, especially at the bottom or on the spine. Tape, writing, ring wear, or other defects will be present. While the record will be playable without skipping, noticeable surface noise and “ticks” will almost certainly accompany the playback. BLACK FLAG Nervous Breakdown 7 inch EP KBD SST 1978-punk hardcore. This is their debut 7 record containing 4 songs from the Tommy Rat record collection. This is the first pressing out of 2000 which was released in 1978 on their own label SST Records, this is when Keith Morris was the singer before he left to join the Circle Jerks. Condition is as follows…. Used, vinyl disc has smudges and light markings but in playable condition. Sleeve is a gatefold made of made on glossy paper with age and minor wear and tear, comes with plastic baggy. The paper sleeve which holds the disc is ripped on one side as seen in photos but taped up. I bought this record back in 1982 at Rat Cage Records when they were located on 9. Ave across the street from Veselka Coffee Shop. You can have this too as if you got it during the good old days and be a part of this growing movement at that time period. This is a test pressing of the SOA “No Policy” EP. Dischord Records #2, 1981. Has yellow United Record Pressing, Inc. Labels and hand-written “Dischord #2″ “SOA” and “81” notes in marker on labels. Record has been played all of the way through – except for a slight “pop” in the middle of the first songs on the second side, it plays beautifully. Comes in plain generic 7 sleeve. I mistakenly have a typo in the description – it says that there is a pop in the first “songs” on the second side, but that should read first “song” – singular.
