Record lays very flat. There’s black residue on some spots of the shrink wrap. I know 100% it’s on shrink and not jacket because when I try to gently wipe it off you can see the residue move with the shrink wrap. If it was on cover the residue wouldn’t move with shrink. It’s possible a more aggressive clean can remove it but I didn’t want to risk tearing shrink.
