These records are not available anywhere else. This is a Great collectible rarity. Report of Comrade IV Stalin. At the Emergency Seventh All-Union Congress of Soviets on November 25, 1936. ON THE DRAFT CONSTITUTION OF THE UNION OF THE SSR. The Extraordinary VIII All-Union Congress of Soviets of the USSR was held in Moscow from November 25 to December 5, 1936, on the last day of its work approved a new constitution of the USSR, according to which the supreme body of state power of the USSR is the Supreme Soviet of the USSR (instead of the Congress of Soviets of the USSR, which was the highest body under the constitution 1924). Thus, this was the last Congress of the Soviets. On the first day of the congress, I. Stalin delivered a keynote speech on the draft of a new constitution for the USSR. His report contained an analysis of the fundamental changes in the life of the country that took place from 1924 to 1936 and required the adoption of a new constitution. Be sure to become a subscriber to the store to know when new items are posted! A nearly perfect record. The record shows no obvious sign of wear. Basically, straight out of the shrink wrap brand new. An LP jacket has no creases, folds, seam splits or any other noticeable similar defect. Very Good Plus [VG+]. Record surfaces may show some slight signs of wear and may have slight scuffs \ blemishes or very light scratches that don’t affect one’s listening experience. The label may have some ring wear or discoloration, but is should be barely noticeable. Picture sleeves and LP inner sleeves will have some slight wear, lightly turn-up corners, or a slight seam-split. An LP jacket my have slight signs of wear. Very Good [VG] : Some surface noise is possible. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as will light scratches deep enough to feel with a fingernail that will affect the sound. Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached. The same will be true of picture sleeves or LP covers. Good [G], Good Plus [G+]. A record in Good or Good Plus condition can be put onto a turntable and will play through without skipping. But it will have surface noise and scratches and visible groove wear.
