Vee Jay records beat Capital records by just a couple of weeks to release their first album in the USA. “Introducing The Beatles” was a collection of songs recorded mostly in 1963. This hard to find original first pressing is the Version 1 Ad Back copy consisting of 25 miniature pictures of albums available on Vee Jay. This album is in stereo as indicated to the right of the center hole and the word Stereophonic on the white white top banner. The words “Printed In USA” is running vertically on the the lower left side of the cover. The album number on the label is VJLPS 1062 and the number 63-3402 on side 1 63-3403 on side 2. This Version 1 copy has the songs “Love Me Do” and P. I Love You on it. The record is in Excellent condition and the inner sleeve is Very Good Plus as is the cardboard cover. Collectors, this a good one and hard to find in this great of condition! It’s the “Introducing The Beatles” copy you’ve been looking for!
