Welcome to my listing. Here I have a copy of. The Return Of The Durutti Column. On very rare original UK 1st pressing LP in the rare’sandpaper sleeve’ with paper labels & Martin Hannett flexi disc’The First Aspect Of The Same Thing. Supposedly the sandpaper sleeves were put together by members of Joy Division & A Certain Ratio. & LYN 7561 in 1980. Etched matrices are S-6 FACT 14 4 PBG A1 FACT 14 A1 SOUND CLINIC EG & S-3 FACT 14 B1 14 PBG B1 EG. The condition of the LP record & 7 flexi disc are very good + (have a few light hairlines but play though fine with very occasional light surface noise). The labels are clean with a couple of very light spindle marks. An uber rare copy of this iconic UK 1st pressing complete with the flexi disc! 2x LP / 12/ 10 are charged as per additional items. These prices are based on items / parcels up to 2kg. All items are professionally packaged. The records are also separated from the sleeve and placed in paper sleeve & poly covers. Beatles LP YESTERDAY & TODAY 2nd State FACTORY SEALED Mono BUTCHER COVER LOA

Beatles LP “YESTERDAY & TODAY”.. Letter of Authenticity Included. Remedy to marketing an acceptable Album Cover for their latest album issued on. BEATLES’ “YESTERDAY and TODAY”. This variation is referred to as a. 2nd STATE MONO BUTCHER COVER. Because the original cover was pasted over with this new and more publicly acceptable cover design as shown here, since the original was found to be somewhat over the top and rejected by public opinion and the record executives at. The newly pasted over photo is known as the TRUNK COVER. This corrected cover version was released on JUNE 20, 1966. To make certain that the album is an actual 2nd STATE BUTCHER COVER , one easy way to tell is to look at the right side of the front cover about midway down. You will see a faint depiction of Ringo’s Black V-Neck shirt underneath. If you don’t see this, it’s a standard LP. This record is amazingly STILL FACTORY SEALED from 1966 and is in NM condition throughout, including all 4 corners, the spine, the opening and the in-tact shrink wrap throughout. It is the MONO Recording Capitol Catalog No. T-2553 and is one of the best examples of this rarity that we have seen in decades. It’s hard to imagine one in better shape. Also note that the ORIGINAL PRICE STICKER is still present. Overall it is a magnificent piece and a highly sought after collectible. It is obviously a FIRST PRESSING from Capitol’s LA Pressing Plant. On the back of the cover, you will note the Number 6 in the lower right corner. These LA Pressings were the VERY FIRST to be produced. On a personal note, these 2nd STATE MONO BUTCHER albums are rarely spotted in this pristine condition. There are obviously less expensive one’s out there in the collector’s market, but very few SEALED copies have EVER been found here in the 21st Century, that are overall in this museum quality state. BEATLES Ultra Rare SEALED UK 1st Press LET IT BE BOX SET FACTORY SEALED

An ultra rare factory sealed UK first pressing of The Beatles’ Let It Be box set. If you’ve read this far, you probably know that Let It Be was originally released in the UK by Parlophone in a box with a perfect bound book documenting the making of the album. When found, Let It Be box sets are rarely in optimal condition. The inner tray that held the book in place are usually torn or otherwise flattened. The pages of the book often came loose as well, so it’s very difficult to find a copy in truly mint condition. This example is in its original very thick factory shrink wrap and the box is in near mint condition. There are some small tears and fraying to the shrink wrap as can be seen in the photos, and a faint number 8 (likely the original price) written on the shrink wrap, but the box is in solid Near Mint condition. There is a small bit of lamination creasing to the bottom front center of the box, and as can be seen in the photos, light wear to the corners where the shrink wrap has split. But this copy is by far the cleanest we’ve seen, and obviously unplayed. Some copies had an Apple Records poster inside, but we have no way of knowing whether this one does.
