Dragonwyck on their own private label from Cleveland, Ohio. Less than 100 copies were pressed. Original concert poster not included. The vinyl is very clean. VG++/VG+ condition, a few light superficial marks. It comes in a plain white cover. The quintet from Cleveland (OH) was one of the most promising bands in that area, opened shows for bands as Foghat, Golden Earring, Edgar Winter Group etc. The mood of the music is dark, heavy, mystic and strongly influenced of the times´ spirit and the Hippie age, anything goes! Shortly after highschool in 1970, they recorded 7 tracks, released a test pressing on Pama Records in an edition of only 85 copies. Jim Morrison and The Doors brought main inspiration to their music, with the small difference; the songs are heavier and more progressive; the sound is not just dominated by great vocals, there are lots of freaked out heavy guitar solos and swirling Hammond B3 organ, which brings the individual note to the music. #9745 The Beatles White Album LP Mono UK 1st Press 1968. Very low number

Started with a very low price. The Beatles – 1968 UK Top Loading Mono Cover No 0009745. Beatles Memorabilia – Double LP PMC 7067-8. We found this in our attic and it’s clearly been there for many years. I’m not a collector so have no knowledge of the value. This is a complete set with both black inner sleeves, Original lyric sheet/poster and 4 individual prints of The Beatles. This LP is always said to be the “Crown Jewel” or “Holy Grail” of any Beatle collection and finding an original UK Mono pressing with a cover number under 10,000 is rare. The original 1968 first issue, fully laminated top opening, Mono gate-fold sleeve in fair condition. Two original UK Mono first issue (No EMI Text) vinyl LPs both in good condition. Four Original, full color glossy photographs, one of each Beatle. Original, large format, double sided lyric poster printed by Garrod and Lofthouse. This has previously fallen apart across the fold and then taped back together. The tape has now gone so the bottom third is separate – see photos. Two original matte black inner sleeves in fair condition. And’Mfd in UK’ label text. All four record labels are WITHOUT the wording’An E. The disc labels are clear in the photos. Just outside the labels on the vinyl, the following is stamped. Disc 1, Side 1: XEX 709-1. Disc 1, Side 2: XEX 710-2. Disc 2, Side 3: XEX 711-1. Disc 2, Side 4: XEX 712-1. There’s also some markings in the same area that I don’t understand. Disc 1, Side 1: GGH. Disc 1, Side 2: GGL. Disc 2, Side 3: LL. Disc 1, Side 1: HT. These markings may be unique as I’ve not seen any reference to them on any other White Album. I haven’t played them so I can’t comment on their quality. There are scratches present but I don’t know how serious they are. There has been some aging of the “White” cover but for the most part it looks good for its age. The laminate is intact although there are areas on the spine where it is beginning to loosen and some discoloring along the left side of the front cover next to the spine. There are numerous light crease marks around the cover and overall, it looks grubby. I don’t know how to clean or refurbish any of this album – so I haven’t! It’s possible that with a professional clean up, it will make someone a considerable profit. Some softening along the top opening but no tears or rips. There’s a largish superficial scratch on the front cover and a smaller one on the back (see photos). The embossed The Beatles and the record number No 0009745 are very legible. All four record labels are in VG+ or better condition, with very minor spindle marks that can be seen under close inspection. No writing, no stickers. The vinyl on all four sides seems to me to be in a fair condition. They need a professional clean but they are flat and not warped. The LP comes with all four photographs which are in VG+ condition. All four prints are 20 x 29 cos and are printed on the original thick card-stock – No tears, no writing, no pin-holes, no glue or sellotape marks. There are some areas of light wear along the tops from removing them from the cover. The LP comes with the original Lip Stick poster / lyric sheet 57 x 87 in fair condition overall except that the bottom third had come away at the fold and then taped back. The tape has long since gone but the tape mark remains. Both inner sleeves are matte black and are in good condition for age. Some folds and crinkles as to be expected. Richard Hawley – Coles Corner 2005 VINYL LP. Please study pics carefully! Sleeve: Overall Excellent Condition – Small dent and minor scuff on spine (see pic). Vinyl – Visually looks Excellent, nice sheen. Played only twice by me, second time was this week to check condition for this sale. It played through with no skips of jumps, the tiniest of background noise in the quietest moments, and a couple of tiny pops on Track 5:The Ocean and 6: Born Under a Bad sign. ARTIST: Various, including Metallica (listed as “Mettallica”, who perform the song “Hit The Lights”), Steeler, Ratt, Bitch, Malice, Avatar, Cirith Ungol, Demon Flight & Pandemonium. TITLE: Metal Massacre (Volume 1) 1st Pressing. COVER CONDITION: VG; sleeve has ring wear and general wear around the edges. Overall, it looks nice. VINYL CONDITION: VG+ I didn’t see any marks or scratches on the LP. Looks shiny and clean. But saying VG+ in case I missed something. DETAILS: Ultra rare 1st pressing of this compilation, which saw the first ever vinyl appearance Metallica. They didn’t press many of these, so it’s hard to find now! It has the misspelling name Mettallica. Dave Mustaine is NOT on this. It’s just James, Lars and LLOYD GRANT, who’s playing all of the solos. James never liked this version so they rerecorded it for the “No Life’Til Leather” demo and that’s the version with James, Dave, Lars and Ron McGovney which was later included on later pressings of the “Metal Massacre I” album. On very rare original UK Stereo 1st pressing LP in front laminated picture sleeve with original company inner sleeve & paper labels. Text’ on labels & the stamped matrices YAX 3633-1 H 1 & YAX 3634-1 P 1. Released on Columbia Records SCX 6258 in 1968. The condition of the record is excellent – (has a couple of light hairlines but plays through fine with occasional very mild background surface noise which tends to be more noticable on the quiet moments but no jumps). The laminated sleeve has very mild creasing on edges. The inner sleeve is excellent. The labels are clean with a couple of very light spindle marks. 311 Dammit! VERY RARE first release original cassette tape

311 “Dammit” Chrome cassette on What Have You Records from 1990. Extremely rare first release from this Omaha > California band. Apparently only 300 copies were made. For fans of Red Hot Chili Peppers, Sublime, Offspring, etc. Paper cover/inlay card is VG+. It has a few nicks, scuffs, and very minor bends. Tape has been play-graded. I would say VG. It plays all the way through, however, it does have a few sections that are muddy and a bit warbly. If you’re familiar with cassettes, you’ll know what I mean. This Too Shall Pass. Thriving To The Scene. UPDATE: Most of the issues with the playback we mentioned were due to the cassette player and NOT the tape. The tape plays very well for its age, probably VG+.
