Using our specially designed Vinyl’3′ Stack Label Protector Units in conjunction with the motorized ULTRA Sonic Spin Unit and your own Ultrasonic Cleaner, your record labels stay dry and protected while cleaning up to 3 records at a time! While a 6 wide tank is adequate, wider tanks give you extra room to maneuver loading your record stacks on and off the motor spindle. Ultrasonic Cleaner can be moved around on the ULTRA Sonic Spin base as necessary for optimal placement. Variable Speed DC Motor allows slow rotation of your records in the ultrasonic tank resulting in optimal ultrasonic cleaning (from 1 to 5 minutes per record revolution). Motor Slip Clutch Effect enables easy loading and unloading of Vinyl Stack Units. Clea n 3 re cords at a time wit h 3 m ore ready to go on the additional Viny l’3′ S tack Unit included in your kit. No need to turn off the motor when rotating between cleaned and ready to be cleaned records. The Vinyl Stack units allow you to load and unload your records quickly and easily. The stacks that come with the kit are sized as small as they can be to cover the smaller labels of 45 records and still cover the larger labels on 33 1/3 LP’s as well. Most of the time this is adequate, however you may find some 45’s with longer songs that may not leave much space between the end of the sound grooves and the plastic disc. If you have a lot of 45’s to clean, we also offer a narrower stack designed to fit only 45’s leaving a little more space on the dead wax. These are available as substitutes for one or both of the stacks in your kit or you may wish to order additional stacks just for 45’s. (6) 45 Record Adapters. Adjustable Motorized Unit and HDPE Base.
