While most of our customers agree with our grades, we realise it is a subjective issue and opinions differ. When differences occur we will do our best to resolve any differences in opinion. Better than Very Good: Obviously been played but no significant deterioration in sound quality despite some surface marks and light scratches. Some wear and tear on cover and contents, as in corner/edge/ring wear, without any major defects though. Obviously been played many times but no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and light scratches. Normal wear and tear on cover or contents, without any major defects. Better than Good: Sound quality has deteriorated but with no distortion. Some scratches and occasional more noticeable scratches that can be felt. Cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges but not spine splits or discolouration. Sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion.
