Sag War Fare – Don’t Be So Jive / Girl! You Better Change 45. Massively rare and in demand northern soul 2-sider released in 1972 on Libra Records, LIBRA-100. Of all my years digging, perhaps my most exciting 45 I’ve come across. From where this was found, absolutely zero doubt in my mind this is anything but an original pressing. Both sides are visually VG-, nice gloss, light marks, a few feelable marks on Girl! … There are some light marks I could not get off, not sure if this is mold or what as well as a bunch of small white spots that look like sand on Girl! … Side last two pictures show both these marks. To be picky, there is a very, very small warp, so small that have to look very close at the vinyl to even see it, I noticed it only because the tone arm went up during the first ten seconds or so. As for the important part, how it sounds. Both sides play in the VG range with light crackle that does not dominate the music. Music still overpowers the surface noise. Light wear on labels see pics. BILLY BARRIX, COOL OFF BABY, MEGA RARE AND ORIGINAL CHESS RECORDS 45 SINGLE. Rare and very obscure single from Billy’Curly’ Barrix was released in small numbers back in 1957 on Chess Record Labels and this one comes out of one of the largest and finest vinyl collections in the UK, if not the World. This single has remained in superb condition and the sales history of it shows it can achieve a huge price tag. The single is in superb Excellent condition without scratches or scuffs and with just light superficial surface hairlines visible under strong lighting, and plays with an awesome sound quality on both sides without pops, skips or background noise, the tracks are, Cool Off Baby b/w Almost, and comes in its brown paper bag. This single has been inspected and authenticated by three independent dealers as a first original and authentic Chess Pressing. Interestingly this single has reversed labels and the Cool Off Baby side label has been pressed slightly off centre and this was a common error with early Chess Singles and can only add to its Authenticity. 4 Levels of Existence. VINYL LP, Album, Limited Edition. Monster Greek insanelly Rare ist press, difficult to find, or you find it at all, in any possible condition. The story if this record is well known, not much words to say. If you’re fan of psych progressive or a fan of Jay Z & Rihana you are twice lucky. Te record is great condition in all parts, unplayed since ages, a decent copy. But please notice important thing that even was not EX- VG+ condition, i would not have sell sny low. Price, than rather keep it in my collection. Record would be housed in a extremely strong package. We will be here most to the time to answer any questions. NEW DAWN there’s a new dawn. Category: RARE Rock & Pop. Notes: 1969 Oregon Psych monster, produced by Gary Nieland, manufactured in Vancouver Canada, plays strong VG+ with only light scuffs and marks, light cover wear, writing on cover, light wear on back, very light seam wear on top seam, corner wear. Note: Double LPs, box sets, etc. I don’t use this grade. A near perfect, probably unplayed record. Close to like new with only superficial signs of use that don’t affect play. Only well cared for records will grade out to VG+. Will satisfy all but the most demanding collector. A used, reasonable copy. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice. Significant wear and marks and usually quite noticeable surface noise. In the record world,’Good’ is not good! From here on down (Fair, Poor), we’re talking about beat-up records.
