FOUR MORE problem child / don’t give up hope. Category: RARE Rock & Pop. Notes: Texas garage comped on Highs In The Mid Sixties Vol. 11 (b-side uncomped),’checked titles’ writing on label, few light sleevemarks on disc, matrix info: LH-2400/LH-2401. Listen to MP3 soundclip. Note: Double LPs, box sets, etc. I don’t use this grade. A near perfect, probably unplayed record. Close to like new with only superficial signs of use that don’t affect play. Only well cared for records will grade out to VG+. Will satisfy all but the most demanding collector. A used, reasonable copy. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice. Significant wear and marks and usually quite noticeable surface noise. In the record world,’Good’ is not good! From here on down (Fair, Poor), we’re talking about beat-up records. Note: Original 1962 MONO PROMO with silver star Columbia sticker in bottom left corner of front cover. Minimal ring wear with a 2 inch long scuff on upper left corner front cover & red’Demonstration Not For Sale’ stamp on back cover (see photos). Comlastic padded inner sleeve. Light seam wear, no splitting. 6-eye Columbia center label with’Demonstration Record Not For Sale’ print over label. Light surface scratches but plays great (checkout the soundclips)! Deadwax matrix side 1: XLP-55619-1A / deadwax matrix side 2: XLP-55620-1A. Listen to the sound clip. Please note our grading below. M (Mint): We only use this grade if a record is sealed & has never been played. M-/NM (Near Mint): A very clean record, may have light superficial scuffs, but does not affect play. VG+ (Very Good Plus): A well-cared-for-record that is noticeably less then perfect, but defects are not visually or audibly distracting. Record surfaces may have slight scuffs or light scratches, but are still primarily clean. Sleeves may have some creases or minor ring wear, but will not be split. (A grade that will satisfy most collectors). VG (Very Good): A used, reasonable copy to play. Many of the defects found in a VG+ copy will be more pronounced in VG condition. May have some surface noise and sleeves may look worn, but the record is still a decent copy. G+ (Good Plus): A well-worn record that is still playable. A record in this condition will have audible distractions and may have visible groove wear. Sleeves may have all manner of defects, but are still intact. G (Good): A record with this grade will have many scratches & loud surface noise, but will not skip. Sleeve may have the majority of it’s seams split & significant damage to the artwork. F (Fair): This grade is for beat-up records. We only sell records in this condition that are extremely rare and sought-after. Number of LP’s. Number of 7s. 50 per additional LP. All records are cleaned & come with a new plastic sleeve. We use sturdy LP mailers with cardboard inserts & also seperate the vinyl from the sleeve as to prevent seam wear during transit.
