Because our clients are mostly jazz collectors and connoisseurs, as we are, we made it our policy to only sell vinyl that we grade in VERY GOOD (VG) condition or better. This record is from our personal collection. Record Grade VG = Very well maintained. The vinyl has some visible surface scratches yet it plays smooth and beautiful. There is a nice sized scratch on side B but after listening on two seperate turntables, it has hardly any effect on the music. No jumps or skips after listening through twice. Very little surface noise. A few minor pops from normal use and age, nothing distracting. Difficult to find this rare vintage record sounding this nice. There is no warping, kept in record room temperature controlled its whole life. This album is best suited for the collector more concerned about the sound than the look. Jacket Grade VG+ = Shiny, clean, well maintained. Very small seem split on spine that we treated with clear tape years ago. A stamp on top left rear jacket says “Radio City Music Shop”, a famous record store from the 1950’s and 1960’s in Hempstead, New York. A very clean jacket for a 60 year old album. The pictures were taken of the exact vinyl record and album cover you will receive, moments before this listing was written.
