Please see photos for track list , please read listing in full Format: 12 Vinyl LP Label: Rolling Stones Records Cat No: COC 69100 Year: 1972 Country: UK Condition (Sleeve/Disc): EX/EX See below for grading definitions Notes: Very rare genuine UK 1st press. What makes it so rare is the 1/1/1/1 matrix endings, it’s believed that there were only a few hundred with these pressed then the numbers started to go up making this one of the rarest most sought after Rolling Stones records out there, this would of been from the day of release. Pressed on nice thick vinyl, later ones are much thinner. It comes in it’s 1st press Made in England box style gatefold sleeve with printed inners complete with 12 postcards. The sleeve is in great shape. There is just a little storage wear/rubbing at the edges and corners, nothing major no rips splits or graffiti. One of the postcards has a crease and a part of the perforations on one has been detached, about a quarter way across. Other than that they are fine and attached. One of the inners has a small split on the stop seam where it meets the entrance. The records are very clean, there are a few light surface marks/scuffs on each side, nothing feelable. Just how this should be heard, very clear and crisp with great separation. There is just a little touch of surface noise on the run in’s and when there is a quieter passage again nothing major or distracting, certainly no skips or jumps. There are some spindle trails around the centre hole. Visual grade VG+ Play Grade EX Matrix: Side 1: COC 69100 A1 ST-RS-7225 07 ROLLING STONES RECORDS (Artisan logo) Side 2: COC 69100 B1 ST-RS-7225 08 ROLLING STONES RECORDS (Artisan logo) Side 3: COC 69100 C1 ST-RS-7225 09 ROLLING STONES RECORDS (Artisan logo) Side 4: COC 69100 D1 ST-RS-7225 10 ROLLING STONES RECORDS (Artisan logo). After 14.00 BST will be next day. We package our records in the best available mailers with two cardboard protective stiffeners, great care is taken with all packaging to ensure that your record arrives in the best possible condition. Are classed as 1 item, please await invoice. Offer only applies to listings displaying items with the free p&p logo. Job lot listings excluded. All records are visually graded only under a strong light unless otherwise stated. Mint (M) Absolutely perfect in every way. Certainly never been played, possibly even still sealed. Near Mint (NM) A nearly perfect record. The record should show no obvious signs of wear. The cover should have no creases, folds, seam splits or other noticeable similar defects. No cut-out holes, either. And of course, the same should be true of any other inserts, such as posters, lyric sleeves and the like. Basically, an LP in near mint condition looks as if you just got it home from a new record store and removed the shrink wrap. Excellent (EX) An excellent record will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. Record surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don’t affect one’s listening experiences. Slight warps that do not affect the sound are “OK”. The label may have some ring wear or discolouration, but it should be barely noticeable. The centre hole will not have been misshapen by repeated play. Picture sleeves and LP inner sleeves will have some slight wear, lightly turned up corners, or a slight seam split. Very Good (VG) Many of the defects found in a EX record will be more pronounced in a VG disc. Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song’s intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Groove wear will start to be noticeable, as with light scratches (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound. Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached. The same will be true of picture sleeves or LP covers. However, it will not have all of these problems at the same time, only two or three of them.
