IN ORIGINAL SEARS BAGGY (INSANELY HARD TO FIND SHRINK). LP on vinyl record. Meets all the criteria of an authentic Ad Back + 1st press vinyl with album title above the spindle w/ oval. Original pressing featuring. Love Me Do’ and’P. S I Love You’ which were later changed a month later. The very first run of 6000 front cover slicks says’Printed In U. A’ on the lower left hand corner near the spine. “LONGPLAYING” and “MICROGROOVE” labels with album title above spindle. Clean labels and shiny vinyl. General surface wear with no major issues. Side 1 has an extremely lightly feelable hairline on the last 2 tracks but barely affects play because the music overpowers the occasional light crackle. Fair amount of wear can be seen under a bright light, but plays really well. ORIGINAL SEARS BAG IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. The edges are basically NEAR MINT with close to no wear at all (fully legible spine). The shrinkwrap bag is tight but can be slipped off with a little force. Jacket has mild fade and light ring wear which can be seen on the front mostly. Check out our other items! Introducing The Beatles LP Stereo Version One Column Cover NM/G ULTRA RARE 1964

Less than 20 have been found so far! This is why it has been bootlegged so many times… But this is no bootleg, but a genuine first version stereo pressing with the rarest of all, COLUMN COVER as well with the first original song listings featuring the songs Love me Do and PS I Love You. There were three variants of the first version, an AD cover (featuring ads of other VJ LP’s on the rear slick), a BLANK cover which is just what it sounds like… A blank cover slick and the rarest of all the COLUMN COVER (with the songs listed in columns on the rear slick). This is the most rare, because the VJ label had received a court injunction against them for the use of the songs Love Me Do and PS I Love You, which they had already pressed into these LP’s. It was because of this that they tried to hide the contents of the LP with the other two variants and why the version with the songs listed is SO RARE! Couple that with the STEREO version (ultra rare in stereo to begin with) and you have a supreme top shelf collectible… One of less than TWENTY!! Much more rare than the BUTCHER COVER, incidentally! QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE debut album original (1998) version (black vinyl) MR 151

This is the original release of the Queens of the Stone Age debut album, 12 inch LP on black vinyl (MR 151). Item is in near mint/excellent condition. There is minor corner wear to the sleeve but nothing that wasn’t there when unwrapped. Tiny mark on top left side of sleeve (see photo). Back side of sleeve has a few tiny marks only visible in the right light (see photo). Vinyl is near-mint, played only once, with few scuffs/smudges typically visible on black vinyl that may even wipe away with cleaning since record has only been played once. See images for details. This would be an outstanding addition to the collection of any serious fan of Queens of the Stone Age, Kyuss, Fu Manchu, Man’s Ruin Records, etc. It is difficult to find a copy of this hard-to-find record within the US and even harder to get one in this condition. It is basically in the same condition I received it in, having resided in my collection and unplayed. MR-151-A L-50953 (on side with label “qotsa”). MR-151-B L-50953X (on side with Man’s Ruin cat logo). These matrix numbers are etched by a person and so far as an indicator of authenticity they should be treated as such. I have comprehensive photos of condition etc available if needed; please ask for these before purchasing if you want more images to complement the condition description. As is often the case with Man’s Ruin releases, the A/B sides are not indicated as such on the record labels. NOTE: My assessments of condition do not include the plastic CD jewel case or plastic outer sleeve and the ubiquitous inner white paper sleeve (for vinyl) unless those parts are integral components of the item or were specifically made for the item being described such as an unusual case, e. KING JAMES VERSION FIRST TIME WE MET HOLY GRAIL LP OF GOSPEL FUNK!! 1974 PEACOCK Amazing rare gospel funk record that is beautiful all throughout! You can’t just drop the needle on one song on this one. You end up listening to the whole thing. Record is glossy and shiny. Record plays flawlessly for me. Has some scuff line marks seen under light. VG+ Sleeve has split at top of spine. Back spine has a small split in middle. Initials at top left front of cover in ink. Still a nice cover. Vinyl Grading Scale NM : Looks unplayed, or very well maintained, as close to perfect as it gets. Possibly some very light sleeve marks or an extremely minor flaw that will in no way affect play. VG+: A shiny copy with a few noticeable flaws, will have a few light marks. Still a great collectible copy that will play with minimal noise. VG : Considerably marked/scratched up copy, but plays with no serious flaws. A few clicks or pops or light noise should be expected, but nothing seriously affecting play. A very suitable copy for working DJs. VG-: A rough copy that will play with clicks, pops, and noise, but no skips. Mailed in a record mailer. Jimi Hendrix Electric Ladyland UK 1st Press Blue’Ghost Text’ Withdrawn Version

JImi Hendrix Electric Ladyland UK 1st Press Blue’Ghost Text’ Withdrawn Version! This is a genuine 1st pressing of The Jimi Hendrix Experience with blue text and the extraordinarily rare’Ghost Text’ sleeve that has a completely different track list that never made release, this is then over-printed with the blue text (just on the track listing – not on the’Track Records’ logo), leaving the just readable trace of the fabled track listing below. Now – as I have said before I don’t want to lift the lid on the whole blue/white 1st press debate, I know that the white text pressings/big Noel and Mitch were the first pressings, then blue (sort of later 1st) then white.. However this trumps them all because it is recognised that this copy is the ultra-rare blue before the white ones. So early it has a completely different track listing on it that was changed after the initial run and so had to be over-printed. The blue was there possibly as an artefact of the over-printing process. This copy is very clean overall, the vinyl surface is clean as are the labels. There are numerous fine hairlines and’polishing’ swirls visible in good light however these don’t have a substantial effect and the sound is very good indeed, very sharp and dynamic with just light noise audible between tracks or on the quiet passages. There are no heavier marks or scratches anywhere apart from a couple of more visible lines on side C – though these are superficial and can’t be individually heard and there is certainly nothing that can be felt. This is a very straight copy. The sleeve is also very good and has great gloss and no notable damage, it is completely intact, no tears, no splits, no writing. All the matrices are A1/B1 except for the well known obliterated’C’ matrix. This comes complete with it’s original (I presume) 800513 &973939 Patent No. Inners – the text on these are blue on one and very dark blue or black on the other, I don’t know the reason for this difference. One has side-splits but is still useable. I will include two additional very nice Emitex sleeves so that the originals need not be used again and can be preserved. Overall this is a very good copy that looks very good and sounds great, any hairlines are very fine and these early heavily grooved records can stand up to fine lines very well and this is a good example of that. This is definitely a very high VG and is close to VG+ by my gradings which are generally conservative it was listed as VG++ when I bought it! And certainly sounds like a VG+ to listen to for the most part, this is a great listen and a very good looking rare piece of rock history and possibly one of the very first copies of Electric Ladyland ever produced. Please look carefully at the photos – it is hard to capture with a camera but I have attempted to photograph the’Ghost’ track listing and it can be seen in the photos! The alternative’Ghost’ track order is as follows. A1 Still Raining Still Dreaming. A2 House Burning Down. A3 All Along The Watchtower. B1 Rainy Day, Dream Away. B2 1983 (A Merman, I Should Turn To Be). B3 Moon Turns The Tides. C1 And The Gods Made Love. C4 Voodoo Chile (Slight Return). D1 Little Miss Strange. D2 Long Hot Summer Night. D5 Burning Of The Midnight Lamp. These records have been professionally cleaned to maximise their playback potential. Please see the following grading guidelines which I use to grade all media: Items will be described in the following order: Media/Cover i. MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc. FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced. POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing. BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler. CD’s are similarly graded though the Jewel case is disregarded in grading. The grading applies to the media and the insert. Cassettes will simply be described in their playing condition and are all tested. All records are sent out in twin wall’Music Max’ mailers with double stiffeners and will arrive safe and sound!
