Original Beatles “Yesterday And Today” – Capitol ST 2553 2nd State Unpeeled Butcher Cover! This is a great example with Ringo’s black V collar clearly visible to the right of the trunk. The cover is in VG condition (Please see pictures). The vinyl is in VG+ condition. The labels are in great condition, there are several scratches on each side, however, nothing deep. Both sides of the vinyl still have a very nice sheen to them. This is a terrific example of The Beatles most infamous album cover and would make an excellent center piece to your record collection. When someone says something’s “Mint condition, ” this is what they’re talking about. The album is sealed in its original packaging and has never been played. This is the highest grade for records that have been played. The album is in excellent condition and shows no visible signs of wear or damage that will affect sound quality. While not flawless, the condition is very good, showing only minimal signs of use. Any visible blemishes should have minimal affect on play quality, though light surface noise maybe present at very quiet portions or between tracks. This is a record that should satisfy all but the most strict of collectors. There may be slight ring or cover wear, or minor writing on the cover. Vinyl may have scratches and/or other visual blemishes, but should play through without skipping or repeating. Light to moderate surface noise and/or crackle may be present, however not overly distracting. Covers may have moderate ring and/or edge wear, cut-outs / hole punches, or a moderate seam splits. Let’s be honest: sound quality is low and the cover may be in very poor shape. We consider any item graded at or below VG- as a LOW GRADE item. BEATLES The White Album 1969 FACTORY SEALED Numbered Double LP

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING before going any further. THE BEATLES The Beatles (“White Album”). Apple Double LP SWBO-101 Embossed cover and numbered 2881396 Includes poster and individual photos of John, Paul, George, and Ringo. Apple double LP still FACTORY SEALED , 49 years after it left the factory. If you ever wondered what it would be like to go back in time, to your favorite record store in the late’60s, and pick a pristine, numbered White Album right out of the bin and take it home with you look no further. Right now, you are as close as you likely will ever Get Back there. I think it would be safe to say there are not many factory sealed, numbered copies of the White Album left Across The Universe. I do not keep any junk in my stacks therefore I won’t be offering any junk. Photography caveat : This was an extremely difficult album to photograph not only because is it solid white, but because it is still in the factory shrinkwrap. In the photos, there may appear to be “spots” and hazy areas, but these anomalies are NOT on the cover itself; they are merely caused by reflections on the shrinkwrap. Rest assured this piece, when you are holding it in your hands, is absolutely stunning so perilously close to pristine in every way, as nice as the day it came off the racks at your local record shop. The pictures don’t do it justice! Simply put, this album is in jaw-dropping condition. There are no outward signs of mishandling or improper storage at any time in its very long life. This thick volume lays perfectly flat. The text on the spine is just a little off center. All four corners are perfectly straight. The shrinkwrap is still very tight all the way around, and. Exhibits one “breathe hole” on the front, about a third of the way down and 35 mm from the spine edge. Both th white pressboard cover and cover slick are still very white and, remarkably, exhibit no foxing. This is atypical for a volume this old; foxing is to be expected. Nothing but white, white everywhere… There are a couple of factory creases along the top edge of the front cover slick. This is very common with the slick glued-on-board album construction of old, and not offensive in the least. The embossed letters “The BEATLES” are free of any soiling that so often create that indelible “shadow” on and around the letters themselves. On the front, there is the slight circular impression from Record 1 and the inserts (poster and photos). This is definitely not ring wear, and in no way does it detract from the beauty of this piece. And it really goes without saying, but just to clarify. No breaks in the shrink wrap. The poster and the photos will definitely be inside, no question. And whoever finally opens this time capsule copy of the White Album should find two records on the Apple label in at least high Near Mint condition, if not perfectly Mint. So there you have it. This piece is practically flawless. I still can’t believe I ever had such a beautiful copy of the White Album in my possession. It will be truly missed. For sales outside the U.
