This is a respectable example, and has a top opening, Gate-fold Sleeve with No. 0000523, and with, two original UK first issue mono LP’s, Four original Full Colour glossy photographs one of each Beatles, an original Large Format, Double Sided, Lyric Poster printed by Garrod and Lofthouse, two original 1968 Black inner record bags. The set is housed within its original First Issue, Fully Laminated top opening numbered, No. In UK label text to all four record labels. All four record labels in Excellent Plus condition, super clean and undamaged record labels with vivid Black Print, and with only a few play signs around the centre spindle holes on each label. LP 1, Side 1 matrix XEX 709-1, & Side 2, XEX 710-1. LP 1, Side 1 unusual combination of stampers, 1 3 33 10 M G, & Side 2, 7 L G. LP 2, Side 3 matrix YEX 711-1, & Side 4, YEX 712-1. LP 2, Side 3 stampers, 1 G H, & Side 4, 1 G L. All four sides of the vinyl LP’s grade as Excellent condition, clean surfaces to all four sides showing a few surface hairline scratches, there are no deep scratches visible. Both LP’s play through with a great sound quality and with only light background crackle more noticeable on quieter tracks, otherwise a very nice sound from these early LP’s. Each LP come in their original Matt Black Die Cut Inner Bags which are in Very Good Plus condition, the bags do have some light inevitable creasing, and one bag has a couple of small seam splits. And are housed in their Very Good Plus Garrod and Lofthouse Gate-fold Sleeve. This first issue sleeve is Top Opening and has a very low number of 0000523 printed to the lower portion of the front of the sleeve. The wording The BEATLES is embossed and printed a little way up above the number. The sleeve opens out to reveal Black and White Images of each of Beatles, together with the song track listing. The front panel of this sleeve is clean with just a few marks and light age toning, the low number of 0000523 is clear all but a small scratch. The inner gate-fold centre of the sleeve is in clean and white Excellent condition. The spine edge shows age toning and the reverse panel of the sleeve shows light age toning and a a few scratches. There are Four original 1968 Full Rich and Deep Glossy Colour Photographs one of each Beatles and are all in Excellent Plus condition, NO pin holes, NO tears. And includes its original 1968, Large Format, Double Sided, Lyric/Picture Poster printed by Garrod and Lofthouse which is in Excellent Plus condition, no tears just light creases.
