RARE – The Beatles – The Collection -1982 MINT Vinyl LP’s Boxed Set VERY NICE! We are committed to provide our customers with great products. These original Beatles LP’s are MIN. The sleeves and folders are also in mint condition. A very rare opportunity for the true Beatles collector and fan! We are listing them as used only because of their 1982 origin, but truthfully really they are still new as they have never been played. The LP’s and covers are in pristine condition, the box is near-new and shows only a little wear from age. This awesome boxed set of original Beatles albums was created by Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab from the original Master taped recordings over 30 years ago and is popular among audiophiles. The Beatles: The Collection is a boxed set of all the original Beatles UK vinyl albums remastered at half speed from the original stereo master recordings, except for Magical Mystery Tour which was mastered from Capitol Records’ submasters with the last three tracks in rechanneled stereo. This box is from that initial release. Each album was pressed on black vinyl by the Victor Company of Japan. The album covers were replaced with really cool photographs of the master reel tape boxes and log sheets. The original album covers and all liner notes were included in an art booklet which also featured a certificate of authenticity as this was a limited edition collection. According to the Certificate of Authenticity, inside the cover of the art booklet, the Limited Edition Number is 6978 & A VERY LOW NUMBER! Each vinyl album is individually wrapped in rice paper within its own folder which then slides into the individual album covers, a triple layer of protection. This is one of the Beach Boys Holy Grail records, their first single FANTASTIC AND RARE FIRST RECORD FROM THE BEACH BOYS ON X RECORDS. Released in December, 1961. Side A by Brian Wilson and Mike Love, side B written by Hite Morgan, who also produced. This is the second issue of this single, though by many standards still the rarest issue. The 1st issue was Candix 331, released in November of 1961. This was followed quickly by the X label issue, then subsequently by the “Candix 301″ issue, and the Candix 301 dist. By ERA Records issue.
