Funeral For A Friend “Hours”, on double black vinyl (I THINK it’s 180 gram). Out of print and very hard to find. If you’re here, you already know how amazing this album is. Yes, I know my asking price is very high. I simply don’t want to part with this. I can only justify it if someone is willing to give me an insane amount, because I love this record too much. But again, there is a price for everything and for my personal copy of HOURS, the price is high. Vinyl = Excellent condition. NO scratches, dings, chips, or warps. One light scuff on side 3 that does not affect play. Jacket = Good+ condition. Shiny, vibrant, and beautiful! The gloss and print quality on this thing is amazing. NO tears, holes, gouges, or markings. There are some noticeable imperfections, however. Ten very small (size of a ballpoint pen tip) dents on the back, corner wear on both ends of the spine, many small creases along edges of jacket, upper two corner have decent bend/creases, and bottom left corner has a big bend/crease. These imperfections are definitely a bummer, but thankfully the ink isn’t affected at all. In fact, if you hold this jacket in the right light, you don’t even see the creases. Inserts = Very good condition. No tears, holes, gouges, markings, etc. Some minor ring indentation, but no wearing of the ink. A few minor instances of edge/corner wear. Tiny splits on the inner seam. See photos for complete visuals and ask any questions you may have. I have more pictures if you want, also. I’ve always kept all my records in dust jackets AND inside an enclosed LP case away from heat, sunlight, dust, and moisture. Comes from a non-smoking home. Very rare to find Led Zeppelin I 1st pressing issued in a short-run laminated sleeve with turquoise lettering, 1969. Released on Atlantic plum & red label with tracks credited to “Superhype Music” and “Jewel Music” Matrix 588171 A//1 588171 B//1 Record shows few visible surface marks and a bit warped, but plays fine with no clicks, pops, skips or jumps, but there’s some background noise. Laminated sleeve shows some general wear, with some laminate crease on the left bottom corner and wear on the edges. Please note, I’m not a specialist on vinyl records, just love to listen to good music: Ask more information or pictures. Led Zeppelin – 1st – VG. LED ZEPPELIN Led Zeppelin Extremely rare 1969 UK 9-track first issue stereo LP with Superhype publishing credit on the labels legendary fully laminated sleeve with turquoise lettering. The matrix numbers are not scratched out indicating that this is the very very first pressing. This copy has been loved but looked after with care & remains highly desirable at a very advantageous price – an unmissable opportunity to own one of the most coveted collectables going! See More Info for further details… Most items in our store will be better than Very Good condition (also referred to as excellent) – the majority of items are nearer Like New which is the equivalent of a Mint grading. [341231 – E04A – SI]. Released on 31st March 1969 this was the world debut of Led Zeppelin. The very first UK issue had this Turquoise lettered sleeve. The rear picture is a degree more brown tinted than the later orange copies. There is a noticeable grey bar at the bottom of the front image which characterised the Polydor pressings and was removed when they changed to Warner distribution. The reverse of the sleeve has the Uptight An Outasight credit that was replaced with a Warner credit after the Polydor issues. The labels have Superhype and Jewel Music credits under the tracklisting and the side one label erroneously credits the third track twice with the Superhype credit listing 1 3 4 and not 1 2 4. They are the familiar plum & red design with black fan to the right Made in Gt. Britain at the top & Polydor Records Limited at the bottom. More details on Condition: Sleeve The sleeve remains in very nice condition with a few laminate creases evident particularly at the corners. There is a small amount of laminate lift in places which is normal particularly at the spine. Its condition as a forty five year old album remains very respectable indeed. The front image is still very white and could easily be displayed. Vinyl The matrix numbers are 588171 A//1 & 588171 B//1 and are not scratched out as in later issues. The labels have some spindle marks around the centre hole but not to excess. The vinyl shows just a few surface hairlines and plays through without fault.
