This is the real deal, you won’t find another. 3120 copies pressed for release in the UK to promote their 1979 tour. The sleeve artwork was not finished in time, and it was not actually released until after the tour in January 1980. Misfits Horror Business 7 Original Plan9 with Insert Glenn Danzig KBD PUNK

Misfits Horror Business Yellow Vinyl 7 EP 1st Pressing on Plan 9 with original insert. Matrix run-out etchings are correct. Ill start with the sleeve, which looks really good visually, but there are a few bullet get it? Points (please keep in mind this is very flimsy glossy paper). It has some light creasing and some minor ring wear(visible in the pics). As far as the creasing is concerned, Ive taken a picture of it at an angle to the light to give you a slightly exaggerated idea. Just looking at it normally they really dont show up much. There is a minor crease lower left-hand corner, see pics. Some time a long time ago a price sticker was removed from the upper right-hand corner and wound up leaving a kind of a discolored shadow of the sticker. Since its a glossy cover, this shows up most visibly when held, once again, at an angle to the light. Once again Ive photographed it at an angle to call it out, but I believe it looks worse in the picture than it does when youre looking at the real thing. The insert: looks great. The vinyl: Gotta say, it looks darn good. Im visually grading it here, but I cant even detect any scuffs. However, it is a played copy, but obviously well taken care of. There is some ring wear on the labels, see pics. Thats just asking for trouble. Im not currently accepting offers. Thanks for reading this far, and good luck. Glenn Danzig Who Killed Marilyn Purple vinyl with Single Black Swirl Misfits

NEW UPDATED ITEM DESCRIPTION 7/6/19. Here you have it! Danzig’s Who Killed Marilyn on purple vinyl. This is a 100% original Plan 9, 1983 pressing. I have been the one and only owner of this gem and bought it from Royal Oak Music outside of Detroit in’83. Played it a couple of times and it has been in a plastic sleeve in a box of singles since. Only taken out on occasion to show it off. There were only 500 of these pressed on purple vinyl and this one contains a single black swirl which is extremely rare. There is also some subtle variation in the coloring of the purple vinyl along with the typical indentation on the label from the stamper formation. I tried to get as much detail as possible in the photos but the pictures don’t really do it justice. If you have ever seen one of these in person, you know how awesome they look. And this is a beautiful copy. No groove wear, scratches, scuffs or warping. Lies perfectly flat and plays like a dream. Even the spindle hole in the middle of Marilyn’s nose is pristine. The jacket is in excellent shape with only slight edge wear and some residue from a price sticker in the upper left hand corner. You have to know that it is there to notice it. SS Still Sealed For the collector that demands nothing but perfection. M Mint – a near perfect, or unplayed record. NM Near Mint – in factory fresh condition, like new. EX+ – close to like new with only superficial signs of use that don’t affect play. Will satisfy all but the most vain and demanding collector. EX – a used, reasonable copy.
